Passion for Truth

Those of you who share my passion will understand, you will instinctively relate to my relentless questioning of everything to do with horses. I accept nothing as fact until proven, I challenge everything about how horses are treated.

I will not rest until my understanding is complete, that may never happen in my lifetime. One thing I know, is that many of the revelations I have made, will profoundly affect your understanding and love of our mutual passion.

Bucky's first ride

From disaster to delightful in four hours.

Bucky's first mount up.

Her ears tell the story.

From an uncertain future to total certainty.

From a very uncertain future, to a very certain future, Bucky is excelling in being a part of excellence. On her first ride I got a perfect relaxed walk, soft reliable trot, and even a gentle lope for a few strides. Bucky is excellent, and will go on to be a reliable mount. The apprehension causing the aggression has disappeared, and is now replaced with interest and relaxation.

The first ride ends.

Before I met her, Bucky was behaving instinctively and dangerously, like many other horses in America. It does not have to be that way. I can talk for hours about how pain free, 21st century training techniques produce relaxation and rapid results, but this picture of me unsaddling Bucky for the first time says it all, she is near asleep and I think she is smiling.

If people only knew what is available when starting horses, they would do things so differently.

Razza (RZA Ammen Ra)
The equine nutcase no one wanted.
Out of 77 Arabians seized at Pilot Point TX in August, one remained overlooked and un-adopted. He has just arrived

with me from the Humane Society of North Texas. No
longer does he face an uncertain future due to his many
issues.
MEET RAZZA AND HEAR HIS STORY
BUCKY,
the young mare with a death sentence because of her aggression. Getting put down seemed the only option for
this rescued mare who bit a finger nearly off her
temporary shelter barn co-owner. Saved from a
Mexican slaughterhouse, she now faced an uncertain
future due to her dangerous aggression.
SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE MEET.
